The SCATTER websites opens a new section that will collect the journal and conference papers as well as the presentations written by SCATTER partners and discussing SCATTER topics.

The first paper to be made available was presented by the SCATTER project coordinator, Sylvie Gayda, from STRATEC at the European Transport Conference 2003, in Strasbourg, on October 2003
