GIS 3Dmap city sensing tracking trajectory modeling application

This site outlines my basic research interests
both past and present, and documents my
academic background and achievements to
date.

It also provides summaries of recent innovative
advances in the research of pedestrian
movement modeling/simulation as well as its
application to urban planning.

My long term research objective is to describe
influence of built environment on pedestrian
movement, especially in micro scale such as
inside of railroad stations or shopping malls.

Current research topics include:

  • Analysis on physical walking patterns
  • Agent simulation of pedestrian movement
