just need mikes piece that is all - was there a photo of anyone in the anniversary issue ? thanks for all this Mike At 09:30 PM 2/14/2003 +0000, Jan Schubert wrote: Sorry, Mike, I received this too late to get much done before the weekend. The only EPB issue I have at home is the 25th anniversary issue (1998). I have less access to the journals than you do I'm afraid, still being at home with my broken leg. However, the anniversary issue answers a couple of your questions. The special issue on rationality in planning edited by Breheny and Hooper came out in 1983. Quote from the issue: "As coeditors Michael Breheny joined us in 1989 to push the area of applications to planning, and Helen Couclelis came in 1992 to develop our constituency in North America." Breheny contributed a piece to the anniversary issue called "Quarrying theory for practice: the case of energy efficiency". I can't remember whether he did anything for the Lionel March issue. I will ask Lucy and Lindsay to check on Monday. I will also ask them to check when he first joined the editorial board. As for getting a copy of the annversary issue to you, one of our typesetters sometimes works on a Saturday. If he's there tomorrow and can provide an electronic version, I will ask him to e-mail it to you. If we have to scan, do you really need the whole thing? The issue is 124 pages long! We could send just your introduction and Mike's piece? I will check my e-mail tomorrow morning to see whether you have replied, but I hope to go out tomorrow afternoon.
