Irregular Growth Waves Around a Central Seed Site

This is a similar program to the regular diffusive growth model which you can run by looking at the adjacent demo. Essentially we use the Moore neighbourhood and then set the probability well less than 100% – something like 50% or lower. This gives the irregular growth patterns that pulses out from the centre in waves.
